Partnership Track Neuroradiologist

About Vantage Radiology and Diagnostic Services

Vantage Radiology and Diagnostic Services is a physician-owned private practice which is based minutes from Seattle. A progressive group of approximately 30 subspecialized radiologists, we have provided professional services since 1970, now serving three hospitals and co-owning an affiliated imaging center.

We emphasize excellent clinical practice, collegiality, teamwork, close working relationships with our outpatient and hospital-based clinical partners, and a balanced lifestyle. Our group is highly respected by the administration and medical staff at each of our partner facilities.

Position Description

We are seeking a board-certified/board-eligible radiologist with fellowship training in neuroradiology who is eligible for a WA state medical license for a full-time or 3/4-time partnership track position. Caseload consists of a mix of neuroradiology (MRI, CT, and advanced imaging techniques such as perfusion, spectroscopy, and vascular imaging) and general radiology. The position is available due to growth in volume and shifts in our labor pool.

Candidates should be committed to patient-focused care, maintaining our healthy work environment, and fostering well-respected interdisciplinary relationships. All partners and partnership-track associates share general call responsibilities; most evening and weekend shifts can be staffed from a remote home workstation. There are no breast imaging or interventional radiology (IR) requirements. Overnight call is covered by our internal nighthawk radiologists.

We offer:

  • Competitive Compensation: Salary of $455,000 – $762,000, including signing and subspecialty bonuses, with additional incentive-based pay opportunities.
  • Exceptional Time Off: Approximately 192 days worked per year (48 per quarter), with 8 protected vacation weeks per year.
  • Work-from-Home Flexibility: Remote shifts available depending on radiologist preference, supported by a home workstation with full IT management.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Profit sharing, 401(k) contributions, professional society memberships, CME allowance, medical insurance, full malpractice and disability insurance.
  • Professional Growth: Dedicated commitment to associate mentorship, collaboration, and long-term professional development.
  • AI-enabled Radiology: Leverage advanced AI integrations, including ClearRead CT, Viz.ai, Rad AI automated impressions, to improve efficiency and reduce fatigue.
  • Dedicated Radiology Reception: Staff assist with contacting clinicians, coordinating communications, and ensuring timely follow-up, helping reduce interruptions and streamline workflow.
