Valley Radiologists contract with over 25 different Patients who receive services at any of our hospital partners, will receive two bills for their imaging services. One bill is from the hospital system that covers the technical (equipment, staff, facility) fee. The second bill is from Valley Radiologists for the professional (physician) services. Valley Radiologists is pleased to offer global (professional + technical) billing for select outpatient centers. Billing Disclosure Statements:
Valley Radiologists is also pleased to offer a siginificant discount program for patients who wish to pay in full on their day of service at our imaging centers, or for uninsured patients who pay
within 14 days of receiving their statement. |

If you would like fee information, please call our exam fee request line at 253.661.4750 during office hours of 8 am to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. All fees are estimates only and may not represent actual insurance contracted rates. The fee request line can answer fee questions for services provided by Valley Radiologists and Valley Medical Center, including Valley Diagnostic Imaging Services, Covington Diagnostic Imaging Services and Valley Breast Center, and Auburn Diagnostic Imaging Services. |
