Valley Radiologists provides a billing service for 76
radiologists making it the largest radiology billing service in Washington State. It offers an
established and reputable service that has been providing physicians and imaging centers located
throughout the state with billing services since 1985.
Valley Radiologists' billing service is headquartered in Federal Way and boasts an accomplished
staff of radiology accounts receivable management talent.

Our management team consists of 6 very experienced professionals:

Patient Accounts & AP Supervisor: 17 years experience

Compliance and Privacy Officer: 7 years experience

Assistant Administrator: 10 years experience
Our management team is comprised of very experienced, professional personnel who are long-time members and affiliates of multiple radiology and medical group
management organizations including - Radiology Business Management Association, Medical Group Management Association, Healthcare Business Management Association,
American Healthcare Radiology Administrators, and the American Health Information Management Association. Our Compliance Officer is on the Board for the Coding Committee
for the RBMA. This depth provides us unlimited opportunity to respond to the needs of our billing service clients.

IT Department
We have had in-house computer programming staff for 18 years which provides exceptional flexibility in responding to market demands to meet the ever-changing payer requirements.
Our IT department is focused solely on developing an efficient set of tools that fit our needs and the needs of our clients.
This has proven to be much more satisfactory than trying to modify a generic, vendor-designed system. Our inhouse staff is able
to continually upgrade our system, taking advantage of new technologies and automation enhancements as they become available.

Expert Coding
Our coding staff consists of five coding professionals, two who focus solely on the intricacies of interventional coding. All of our coders are RCC or CPC accredited. We use the natural
language processing coding support for further confidence in accurate coding. We are committed to accurate coding and documentation and pride ourselves on our communication with radiologists
to ensure the documentation supplied is appropriate for the charge submission process. We also are aware of the complexities of radiology coding and are uniquely positioned to point out, to our clients,
opportunities to improve reimbursement and avoid lost revenue.
