Dr. Rastelli-Lee attended the University of Washington and received her medical degree at Rush Medical College in Chicago. She completed her residence in diagnostic radiology at Virginia Mason Medical Center.

Dr. Rastelli-Lee received her board certification from the American Board of Radiology in 1994. She is also a member of the Radiologic Society of North America, American College of Radiology, and Washington State Radiologic Society. Prior to joining Valley Radiologist in 1994, Dr. Rastelli-Lee was a clinical technologist at University Hospital in Seattle.
