Dr. Roggeveen is originally from California. He attended Tufts University of Medford, MA where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree and earned his Medical degree from the Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons in New York. Dr. Roggeveen completed his internship in internal medicine at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center and residency in Diagnostic radiology at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York. He received his fellowship in body imaging at Stanford University Medical Center.

Dr. Roggeveen is board certified by the American Board of Radiology. He is also a member of the American College of Radiology, Radiological Society of North America, Association of University Radiologists and the American Roentgen Ray Society.

Dr. Roggeveen joined Valley Radiologists in July, 2007.
