Dr. Ochsner is originally from Voorhees, New Jersey. She attended Boston University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree and earned her Medical degree from the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Ochsner completed her internship in internal medicine and residency in diagnostic radiology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She received her fellowship in women's imaging at the University of Washington.

Dr. Ochsner is board certified by the American Board of Radiology. She is also a member of the American College of Radiology, Radiological Society of North America and the American Roentgen Ray Society. Dr. Ochsner joined Valley Radiologists in September, 2007.
