Dr. Huang is originally from Bethesda, Maryland. She attended the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree and the Harvard School of Public Health where she earned a Masters degree in Epidemiology with a focus on infectious diseases. Dr. Huang received her Medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia. She completed her internship in internal medicine, residency in diagnostic radiology and fellowship in neuroradiology at the University of Cincinnati.

Dr. Huang is board certified by the American Board of Radiology. She is also a member of the Radiological Society of North America, American College of Radiology, and American Society of Neuroradiology. Dr. Huang joined Valley Radiologists in July 2007.
