Dr. Sacks attended the University of California and received his medical degree at the University of Southern California Medical School. He completed his residencies at the University of Arizona in diagnostic radiology and
at the University of California-Davis in family practice. Dr. Sacks' fellowship was in interventional radiology at the University of Arizona.
Dr. Sacks received his board certifications from the American Board of Radiology in 1990 and the American Board of Family Practice in 1978.
He is also a member of the Society of Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology, American College of Radiology, Washington State Radiological
Society, and the Pacific Northwest Radiological Society. Prior to joining Valley Radiologists in 1991, Dr. Sacks was a family practice doctor
for eight years with Valley Medical Group in Lompoc, California.
