Valley Radiologists has a fully developed compliance plan to insure our billing processes protect our clients. Valley Radiologists has an established Medicare Compliance plan that promotes prevention, detection and resolution of instances of conduct that do not conform to Federal and State law. The plan is intended to ensure our employees follow all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and policies relating to billing for healthcare services. We provide monthly quality control activities and quarterly reporting to our clients. In accordance with HIPAA and the UHCIA (RCW 70.02), Valley Radiologists has developed policies relating to Privacy and Security standards.
